Aman app team donates award to cancer foundation

AMMAN — A volunteer group called "Gotech" that worked on the Aman application, which is dedicated to keeping track of COVID infections, recently won an award for best application in the Middle East and donated the award to the King Hussein Cancer Foundation.اضافة اعلان

The group decided to donate the cash value of the award to patients of the King Hussein Cancer Center, the foundation announced on Wednesday.

A chemotherapy unit in the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan building will be named in the teams honor, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

Director general of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, Nisreen Qatamesh, expressed the foundation's pride in efforts made by the team.
