AMMAN — On Sunday, the cadres of the Greater Tafileh Municipality carried out a clean-up campaign in the Al-Ais area, as part of the national campaign “Bisawaadina,” which was launched by the Ministry of Local Administration, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.اضافة اعلان

The director of the Al-Ais area of the Tafileh municipality, Alia Al-Marayat, said that the campaign, which will last for a few days, included the areas of Al-Ais, and other areas in the municipality.

The clean-up campaign included cleaning streams, valleys, torrents, entrances, and exits of rainwater ferries and their drainage lines, as well as cleaning streets and public areas.

She indicated that these ongoing campaigns aim to ensure the readiness of the infrastructure in the region to deal with any emergency weather conditions by removing dust and rocks in vital sites where rainwater collects. She shared that some streets have already been cleaned up.
