According to a statement from the foundation, its CEO, Dima Al-Baibi, stated that the campaign is conducted in coordination with the Ministry of Education and various private sector institutions in Jordan. Prominent business leaders and community figures will meet with students from public schools, military culture schools, and UNRWA schools in interactive sessions designed to share their experiences and insights with the students.
Al-Baibi noted that since its inception, the campaign has involved numerous influential leaders who have positively impacted students’ lives, aiding them in choosing their future career paths and benefiting from valuable experiences. The campaign is executed across all regions of the Kingdom, providing a unique opportunity for business leaders and community figures to engage directly with students in various locations.
She emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts across different sectors to ensure the success of the Business Leaders Campaign and all the programs and events executed by the foundation. The foundation believes that empowering youth and preparing them for the job market is a shared responsibility among all sectors.
This year’s campaign, which began in 2008, is in collaboration with the Project Management Institute Educational Foundation (PMIEF), the Jordan Kuwait Bank, the Jordanian Payment and Clearing Systems Company (JOPAC), and Al-Mashriq International School.
