Jordan's tourism sector records 30% increase in January 2025

The number of tourists during the first month of 2025 increased by 30% compared to the same month of 2024, according to data from the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.اضافة اعلان

The data showed that the number of tourists coming to Jordan during the first month of this year reached 610 thousand tourists, compared to 469 thousand tourists during the same month of last year 2024.

While the number of overnight tourists increased by 23% during the first month of this year, reaching 502 thousand tourists, the data indicated.

Tourism revenues reached to $7.2 billion in 2024, despite a 2.3% decline compared to 2023, according to the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ).
