Madaba city’s marketplace reopens

AMMAN — Madaba Municipality on Sunday decided to reopen the city’s marketplace, formerly known as the Friday market, while taking into account public health and safety requirements, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.اضافة اعلان

Madaba commission and head of its municipal council, Ahmad Zuhair, said that the continuation of allowing the marketplace to operate hinges on compliance by both merchants and shoppers with health protocols.

Zuhair added that the measure came to mitigate the difficult conditions faced by merchants and kiosk owners, according to Petra.
