AMMAN — Makarem Academy on Sunday launched a training program for workers in the economic guidance field in cooperation with the Education for Employment Jordan (EFE) and the Aqaba Economic Special Zone Authority (AESZA), according to the Jordan News Agency, (Petra).

Makarem Academy is considered a main part of the Ayla Oasis Development Company, which specializes in employment education and training to supply the local market with proficient and competent employees.
Ayla Oasis Development Company’s Managing Director Sahl Dudin said that the program is part of the company’s ongoing approach to cooperate with national companies and to reflect the company’s strategy on social responsibility, Petra reported.
He added that the two-day program aims to develop trainees’ communication skills to work as mentors and instructors in the economic cooperation projects among youth and local institutions.
Dudin also commended the continuous cooperation with the AESZA, which reflects positively on local communities and the national economy, stressing that such programs benefit the youth sectors.
