Ministry holds recycling workshop

AMMAN — The Ministry of Environment on Monday held an introductory workshop on waste recycling in the commercial sectors, particularly about hypermarkets.اضافة اعلان

The adviser to the Minister of Environment for Media Affairs Ahmed Obeidat said that the workshop seeks to raise awareness of those in the commercial sectors regarding the framework for waste management.

During the opening of the workshop, which was held in cooperation with the Amman Chamber of Commerce and the recycling project in Jordan, he added that the ministry will hold a series of introductory sessions for several sectors such as hotels, malls, restaurants, and others to introduce them to the frameworks of waste management.
