Mural commemorates 75th Independence Day

AMMAN — Tafileh’s cultural directorate has recently finished working on a mural to celebrate Jordan’s 75th Independence Day, covering an area of 80 meters and boasting a height of 5 meters. The mural was painted by Jordanian artists, Amine Al-Doumi, Kamal Abu Halaweh, Aktham Al-Doumi and Osama Al-Najjar. Head of Tafileh’s cultural directorate, Salem Al-Faqir, said this is the second mural painted in celebration of Independence Day in the span of two months, both of which were painted on the municipality building’s wall, with support from the Ministry of Culture.
