Organizations mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month

AMMAN — The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) on Monday launched an event to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month.اضافة اعلان

According to a commission statement, the events were launched with the support and participation of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, mobile telecommunications companies in the Kingdom (Zain, Orange, and Umniah), the “Mediterranean Basin Cancer Society,” and the “Al-Tamayouz” sports consultancy company.

Ghazi Al-Jabour, chairman of the TRA board of commissioners, said that the global increase in the rate of cancer and breast cancer requires a united front, starting with awareness and education and ending with treatment and recovery.

The TRA plans to hold a dialogue session, blood donation, and awareness campaign in October as part of its plans to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
