Price of produce in Irbid falls as demand drops

AMMAN — An increase in the number of vegetables and fruits supplied to the Irbid market for vegetables and fruits is being reflected in the decrease in their prices in retail stores.اضافة اعلان

The head of the branch of the Vegetable and Fruit Exporters Syndicate in Irbid, Muhammad Qandil, told the Jordan News Agency, Petra that the volume of imported vegetables and fruits to the Irbid Central Market ranges from 1,200 to 1,300 tons daily, despite a drop in demand during the last days of the month of Ramadan.
