Stakeholders ready for safe Ramadan, summer

AMMAN — The security council of Aqaba Governorate on Wednesday measures to be taken by relevant institutions to secure foodstuff for Ramadan and secure vaccines to get to a “safe summer”, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.اضافة اعلان

A safe summer, according to Petra, would enable the reopening of tourism, commercial, and industrial sectors in the Golden Triangle region, comprised of Aqaba, Wadi Rum, and Petra.

While chairing the council, Aqaba Governor Mohammad Rafayaa stressed the need for consolidating efforts after the arrival of the vaccine to reach a safe summer.

To that end, Rafayaa called on Aqaba residents to register to the Ministry of Health’s online vaccine platform, according to Petra.
