Aqaba, On Wednesday, the Italian ship "Amerigo Vespucci" docked at the Aqaba Port for cruise ships, as part of an exceptional voyage visiting over 30 ports in 28 countries across five continents. This marks its first visit to the Gulf of Aqaba.اضافة اعلان

The ship, which is part of the Italian Navy, will stay in Aqaba for three days. It serves as a historical training vessel and an ambassador for UNESCO, UNICEF, and Italy, combining traditional naval officer training with the promotion of Italian excellence in cultural, artistic, historical, and economic fields.

Official reception ceremonies for the ship will take place tomorrow, Thursday, followed by a press conference led by the Italian Ambassador, Luciano Pezzotti. The ship will open its doors to visitors and the residents of Aqaba on Friday in two sessions.
