Amman – Sunday’s weather is expected to be moderate in most parts of the Kingdom, except in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba where it will be hot, the Jordan Meteorological Department said.

Some clouds will appear at various altitudes, with a slight chance of light showers in the northern region during the morning. Westerly winds will be of moderate speed, occasionally becoming active.
On Monday, temperatures will rise a few degrees, bringing relatively hot weather in most regions and hot conditions in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with clouds at medium altitudes in the eastern areas. Winds will be northwesterly moderate, becoming active at times.
A further uptick in mercury levels is predicted on Tuesday. The weather will be relatively hot in most regions and very hot in the desert, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with moderate northwesterly winds, occasionally picking up.
Temperatures will continue to rise slightly on Wednesday, making the weather hot in most areas and very hot in the desert, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Moderate northwesterly winds will be active at times.
Today’s maximum and minimum temperatures in eastern Amman range between 21-31 degrees Celsius, in western Amman 19-29C, in the northern highlands 17-27C in the Sharah highlands 16-28C, and in the Gulf of Aqaba 26-42 degrees Celsius.
