Amman - The Kingdom on Sunday is set to be influenced by a high-pressure system accompanied by humid westerly winds, intermittently active as temperatures decrease. The weather will be moderate in most regions, except in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba where it will be hot.

Low-altitude clouds will appear in the north and center of the Kingdom, with fog expected to form over the northern mountain peaks in the early morning hours.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department report, temperatures will slightly rise on Monday, resulting in sweltering conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, while normal summer weather will prevail in the highlands and plains, with low clouds in the northern and central regions. Winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk at times.
A for Tuesday and Wednesday, mercury levels will continue to rise, bringing relatively hot in most areas, and scorching conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with northwesterly moderate winds, occasionally active.
Today’s maximum and minimum temperatures in eastern Amman range between 21-31 degrees Celsius, in western Amman 20-29C, in the northern highlands 18- 27C in the Sharah highlands 16-28, and in the Gulf of Aqaba 26-42 degrees Celsius.
