According to the Jordan Meteorological Department, temperatures will rise slightly on Tuesday, maintaining moderate conditions over the mountain highlands and plains, while the desert, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba will remain hot. Northwesterly winds will be moderate and occasionally brisk.
On Wednesday, a further uptick in mercury levels is forecast, resulting in relatively hot conditions over the highlands and plains, and very hot conditions in other regions, with moderate northwesterly winds.
The warming trend will continue on Thursday, bringing hot weather to the highlands and plains, and very hot conditions to the rest of the regions, accompanied by moderate northwesterly winds
Today’s maximum and minimum temperatures in eastern Amman range between 21-31 degrees Celsius, in western Amman 19-29C, in the northern highlands 17-27 in the Sharah highlands 15-28C, and in the Gulf of Aqaba 26-42 degrees Celsius.
