Amman – Temperatures on Monday are forecast to align with the seasonal averages for this time of year. The weather will be moderate over the mountainous highlands and plains, while regions such as the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba will experience hot conditions.

Low clouds are expected, particularly in the northern and central parts of the Kingdom. Winds will be moderate from the northwest, occasionally becoming active.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department’s report, the Kingdom will gradually be affected by a surface thermal low-pressure system on Tuesday, resulting in rising temperatures. This will bring relatively hot weather to most regions and scorching conditions to the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Northwesterly winds will remain moderate, occasionally picking up.
On Wednesday, temperatures will rise further, with hot weather anticipated across most areas and sweltering conditions in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will continue to be moderate from the northwest, occasionally becoming active.
Today’s temperatures in East Amman will range between 32 C and 22 C, while West Amman will see temperatures between 30 C and 20 C. In the northern highlands, temperatures will range from 28 C to 18 C, and in the Sharah highlands, from 29 C to 19 C. The Badia areas will experience temperatures between 36 C and 23 C, and the plains between 32 C and 22 C. The Dead Sea will see temperatures between 42 C and 27 C, and the Gulf of Aqaba between 43 C and 29 C.
