Azza Megahid appeared in a shared scene with her mother in the events of the series Al-Atawla 2, where they exchanged dialogue about the best ways to create a rift between the two brothers, "Khadir" and "Nasr," played by actor Tarek Lotfy and others. Azza shared a photo from the series on her Instagram account, captioning: "In the name of God, we trust in God... Al-Atawla 2, directed by Mr. Ahmed Khaled Mousa."
Azza is the eldest daughter of Fifi Abdo, and she has previous acting experience, having participated in several works such as Shoghl Fi Al-Aali, Al-Wajh Al-Akhar, and Ya Ana Ya Enti. She has also previously worked alongside her mother in the series Mamlakat Al-Ghujar.
For her part, Fifi Abdo denied in a television interview the rumors that her daughter entered the acting profession through "connections," emphasizing that an artist's acceptance by the public depends on talent, not relationships. She pointed out that Azza has been acting for nearly 20 years and has a deep passion for the profession.
