Colombian star Shakira announced on Monday that she will resume her world tour with a concert in Lima, Peru, on Monday evening, after having to cancel one of her shows over the weekend due to a stomach illness.

The four-time Grammy-winning artist shared the news on her Instagram account, confirming that her concert at the National Football Stadium in Lima will begin at 8:15 PM local time.
Shakira, 48, arrived in Peru on Friday and was scheduled to perform two concerts on Sunday and Monday. However, she canceled the Sunday show, informing her fans via X (formerly Twitter) that she had been hospitalized due to a stomach condition.
The star had kicked off her world tour last week with concerts in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. After her performance in Peru, her tour will continue with stops in several countries, including Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Argentina, and over 12 U.S. cities, including Orlando, Houston, Detroit, Boston, New York, and San Francisco.
Shakira also mentioned via X that her team is currently working on rescheduling the canceled Sunday show.
