Beauty expert Sham Al-Dhahabi, daughter of singer Assala, has responded to recent criticism after a video circulated on social media showing her helping a TV presenter by giving her her scarf during an interview due to the cold. Some accused her of trying to attract attention and trend online.

A mentally disturbed person doesn’t perceive things as they truly are or in a positive way—those who lack something cannot give it.”
She continued: “The presenter was freezing, and the wind was extremely cold. I was warm, so I gave her my favorite scarf, which had an old map of the planet on it. She’s a lovely lady, and when someone is cold, I want to keep them warm. I also wanted her to remember me with something meaningful. At the end of the day, when we are good, we see life in a good way. Those who are mentally disturbed or struggling don’t see things beautifully—they are troubled souls.”
Previously, Sham Al-Dhahabi also addressed the ongoing debate about her mother Assala’s changing facial features and her noticeably youthful appearance. She commented:
"Assala is comfortable with herself and natural. When we do something, we openly talk about it. Just like I previously admitted to having two cosmetic surgeries, we don’t hide anything. If Assala tries something and doesn’t benefit from it, she says so. And if she experiences any side effects, we simply don’t discuss it.”
