The South Korean police announced on Sunday the discovery of actress Kim Se-ron's body at her home in the Seongdong district of Seoul.

A police official mentioned that initial investigations did not reveal any signs of foul play, but they are still working to determine the circumstances of her death, as reported by the Yonhap News Agency.

Kim Se-ron (born July 31, 2000) was a prominent South Korean actress. She began her acting career at the age of nine and gained widespread recognition through several films. As she grew older, she took on lead roles in notable works, including the film A Girl at My Door and the TV series Secret Healer.

In May 2022, Kim was involved in a drunk driving incident in Seoul, which led to legal consequences and harmed her professional career. Following the incident, she issued a public apology and withdrew from the public eye for some time.
