American businessman Elon Musk has topped the list of the world's richest billionaires, according to a report published by The Wall Street Journal, based on an exclusive ranking prepared by Altrata.

According to the ranking, which includes 24 individuals, Musk's net worth as of February 2025 is estimated to be around $419.4 billion, making him the richest person in the world.
The list also includes Amazon founder Jeff Bezos with a fortune of $263.8 billion, French luxury goods magnate Bernard Arnault, the owner of LVMH, with a net worth of $238.9 billion, Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison with a fortune of $237 billion, and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, whose wealth reaches $220.8 billion.
Google co-founder Sergey Brin ranks sixth with a net worth of $160.5 billion.
The Wall Street Journal noted that the total combined wealth of the 24 richest individuals in the world amounts to $3.3 trillion, with 16 of them having fortunes exceeding $100 billion.
