Photo gallery fundraises for Gaza Strip

AMMAN — Drat Al-Tasweer, a specialized photography institute based in Amman, is currently hosting a print sale to raise funds for the Gaza Strip, after the Israeli war on the strip in May.اضافة اعلان

Eighty photographers from around the world contributed one print each for the sale. Each print is 20x30cm in dimensions and costs JD70. Proceeds from the sale will go towards art therapy sessions for children in the strip and grants for photographers in Gaza.

The sale was designed in partnership with the General Union of Culture Centers, Shababek for Contemporary Art, and Al-Ataa Charity Association. Jordanian photographers contributing work to the sale include Lina Khalid, Nadia Bseiso, and Mohammed Zakaria.
