But is it true that food can control human life to such an extent?
According to Dr. Roman Bristansky, a nutrition expert, there are no foods that slow down the aging process.
He says, "There are no products that slow down aging. There are no foods that help with weight loss. There are no products that allow you to live forever, see in the dark, or be a cat and have nine lives. This doesn't happen. Acai berries for the eyes, cabbage for the chest, carrots for growth — it's the same story."
According to him, any food can be a source of beneficial minerals if consumed with pleasure and in the right amounts.
He adds, "The more varied our table and meals, the more enjoyable life becomes. We don't need to eat the same food because the variety of amino acids, vitamins, and a complete set of everything we need is what we need for a healthy life."
