Sophia Moulson, who lives in southern England, garnered millions of views on TikTok while working out at the gym. She recently shared a concerning side effect of her fast food habit—hair loss, according to the Daily Mail.
Moulson mentioned that she was constantly relying on ready-to-eat meals and would drink Coca-Cola as soon as she woke up. She quickly noticed a sudden effect.
She said, "My hair was falling out in clumps while showering, and it became very thin due to stress and my diet. I fell into a cycle of self-doubt and lack of confidence."
Moulson confirmed that she decided to join a gym, stick to regular workouts, and completely change her diet. This, in turn, benefited her hair and skin, as well as her overall fitness.
She says, "My life has completely changed. I used to dream of a life far from my reality. I realized I needed to make a change, or I would regret it later."
A New Treatment for Hair Loss Creates a Buzz
A potential new treatment for androgenic alopecia, also known as male-pattern baldness, is causing a stir as it might be a revolutionary remedy, with clinical trials starting across America to test its safety and efficacy.
After seeing amazing results, Moulson advises eliminating seed oils from food, which damage the skin and hair. She emphasizes eating meals rich in protein and low in calories.
Moulson follows a plant-based diet and obtains her protein from plant sources. She doesn't consume more than 1,600 calories a day and focuses on having five servings of fruits and vegetables daily. She highlights that this approach has made her hair thicker and significantly improved her overall health.
