The Jordanian Breast Cancer Program on Thursday ran a charity
educational festival with the theme "Basmat Amal" in the hall of the Hattin elementary School in the Hasa district.

The festival included educational lectures and free clinical examinations, as well as a
charity bazaar to support and
empower women, awareness-raising activities about the importance of early detection of breast cancer and methods of prevention, physical activity and refrain from smoking.
Community Marketing Director Bana Al-Dabbas, from
Al Hussein Cancer Foundation, spoke about the program's annual campaigns to inform women about the importance of conducting early detection checks in conjunction with global campaigns launched each year.
The activity was accompanied by the presentation of an educational awareness play by the “Khti Meti” Theatre and the “Salhooff” Theatre, as well as sporting activities, singing paragraphs, drawing on children's faces and the distribution of flyers to
raise awareness among women about the importance of early detection.
The event was organized with the support of the
European Union, In collaboration with the Directorate of Education, Shabbat Al-Hasa center and the Saydat Al-Najmat Charitable Association.
