AMMAN — National junior golf team star,
Salem Al-Abdallat, won a silver medal for the US Kids world championship, which concluded Sunday in the UAE.

Abdallat participated in the 10-year-old category.
The final result came with a difference of one stroke between Abdallat and the first place player. Abdallat achieved third place last week in a previous championship.
The
UAE is the only Arab country to host this tournament, as this tournament series is usually held in Europe and America, and includes more than 90 players from all age groups and different countries.
National team coach, Amer Radi, lauded that the progression of Abdallat to second place and emphasized that up-and-coming Jordanian golfers have a bright future ahead of them as per what the
Jordanian Golf Federation’s vision stipulates.
Abdallat participated in several international tournaments and received distinguished results, he also qualified for the Junior World Cup, which will be held in Ireland this summer.
