AMMAN — The general body of the
Jordan Judo Federation elected a new board of directors for the upcoming Olympic Games, Paris
2024, during a recent electoral meeting and in the presence of delegates from
the Jordan Olympic Committee.

The board of directors of the Jordan Judo Federation, in the
category of appointees, included Ali Malhas, Ziyad Al-Zo’ubi, and Amal
Al-Rufou.
Musa Khalaf, Jarir Al-Qudah, and Salam Barbarawi won unopposed
in the category of retired players. Representative of Prince Muhammad City
Club, Sanad Al-Khasawneh, and Al-Ardah Sports Club representative, Iyad
Al-Maadat, won unopposed in the category of clubs.
Representative of the Hashemite Judo Center, Khaled Salama,
won in the category in centers.
Following the conduct of the electoral process, the board of
directors of the federation held their first meeting to distribute positions,
where Malhas was chosen for president, Khasawneh as vice-president, Khalaf as treasurer,
Qudah as secretary, and Rufou, Maadat, and Salameh were announced as members.
