AMMAN — The Jordanian
Red Bull athlete and fitness champion,
Amin Attallah, won sixth place in the eighth competitive fitness championship "ELFIT
CrossFit,” which was held between November 25–27 at the New Capital Sports City
in Egypt.

ELFIT CrossFit is the world's largest international
championship for High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The championship
included more than 580 athletes from 45 countries divided into three
categories: mixed teams, men’s teams, and women’s teams.
Atallah came in sixth in his category’s competitions, which included
more than 250 athletes from around the world. He has previously won first place
in the 2014 and 2016 championships.
Attallah is one of the most prominent fitness athletes
locally and regionally, previously winning the title of “Fittest in Jordan” for
seven consecutive years between 2014 and 2020.
HIIT athletes undergo rigorous training throughout the year
for the opportunity to compete in championships such as this one.
