Held at the Amman Baccalaureate field, the atmosphere was electric and the event was open to fans.
On offense, the Eagles struggled to move the ball, but were successful in halting the run game on defense. The Barracudas went to the passing game straight away, with quarterback Yousef Salem completing successful passes to wide receiver Abed Al-Moneim Bata, who scored one of the two scores.
After the Barracudas loss last week, they came back strong with new formations, some trick plays, and key player wide receiver Bata.
Bata, who was chosen as the most valuable player of the game, said that he still needs some time to gain back the chemistry with new players arriving since he stopped playing. “I think we still managed to display a great performance, even though I haven’t trained with the team for a while,” he said.
