Swimming federation elects new council

AMMAN — The Jordan Swimming Federation’s General Assembly elected its board of directors for the next Olympic cycle, which ends after the Olympic Games in Paris 2024. The elections took place during an electoral meeting held at the federations’ headquarters and in the presence of representatives from theJordan Olympic Committee. The Jordan Swimming Federation’s Board of Directors includes Nidal Al-Qaryouti, Rola Kattan, Muhammad Al-Homsi, Moath Al-Bdour, Lara Akel, Samir Nino, and Maher Al-Kurdi. Following the electoral process, the board of directors held their first meeting to distribute the positions, where Qaryouti was chosen as the president, Qattan as vice-president, Bdour as secretary, Homsi as Treasurer, and Akl, Kurdi and Nino were chosen as members of the board.
