Held in conjunction with Eid
Al-Adha and the Islamic Hijri New Year, these campaigns come as part of Talabat’s
ongoing efforts to show appreciation for its riders and employees.
The 2021 Eid Al-Adha
Rewards Campaign was one of Talabat Jordan’s most exciting internal
competitions.
Carried out over 10 days, the campaign called upon riders to
demonstrate their excellence through a series of fun, competitive challenges.
Riders were ranked according to the highest number of deliveries, highest order
acceptance rate, and adherence to their work shift schedules.
Based on the
communicated criteria, at the end of the competition, Muhammad Ibrahim Mahmoud
Qandil was named the top rider and presented with the grand prize of a 2021
Suzuki Alto.
Meanwhile, another 150 riders across the Kingdom were each awarded
cash prizes of JD50.
All riders who completed orders during the competition
phase were also presented with an additional amount per order, honoring their
hard work and competitive spirit.
During the Islamic New
Year, Talabat Jordan carried out yet another one of these performance-based
challenges for riders.
The top-performing rider across the Kingdom during the
competition phase, Islam Bassam Rashad Hasiba, was awarded a cash prize of
JD1,000, while the top rider in each city received an additional JD100.
Commenting on these
initiatives, Managing Director of Talabat Jordan Hala Siraj said, “This latest
series of competitions and incentives is yet another way that we at Talabat
seek to celebrate the hard work and commitment of all our riders.
Representing
the heart of our operations, our riders are a key pillar of our success, so
being able to give back to them in fun, engaging, and unconventional ways is
something that brings us great joy.
It also provides us with an opportunity to
continue prioritizing exceptional performance and to elevate the level of
service we provide our customers — which is our utmost priority, and something
we strive to achieve through absolutely everything we do.
We are very proud of
how enthusiastically our riders embraced these challenges, and we look forward
to providing them with additional opportunities and rewards in the very near
future.”
Siraj concluded by
congratulating the winners of the latest competitions and encouraging all of Talabat
Jordan’s riders to keep up their hard work, which will ultimately enhance their
chances of winning future contests and challenges.
