X, the platform owned by Elon Musk, has significantly increased the price of its Premium Plus subscription, raising it to $40 per month from the previous $22. This update comes following the unveiling of the Grok 3 AI model, which is currently the main feature of this subscription.اضافة اعلان

According to the latest update on the subscription support page, the annual fee has risen to $395, compared to the previous $229 per year.

This marks the second price increase in recent months, as the company had previously raised the subscription cost in December 2024, from $16 to $22 per month.

The Premium Plus subscription is the most expensive tier on X, offering an ad-free experience across most sections of the platform, including the "For You" and "Following" tabs, post replies, and profiles. However, X notes that subscribers may still encounter some ads occasionally.

This subscription grants users access to Grok 3, but some advanced features—such as Reasoning Mode, DeepSearch, and unlimited image generation—will be available under a separate plan called SuperGrok, which has yet to be released.

In addition to Premium Plus, X offers two other subscription plans:

Basic ($3 per month or $32 per year), allowing users to post long tweets (up to 25,000 characters), create communities, and upload videos up to 3 hours long.
Premium ($8 per month or $84 per year), offering 50% fewer ads, along with perks such as a blue verification checkmark, ad revenue sharing, and access to earlier versions of Grok AI.
