Hindi wins Jordan's fourth Gold at the Tokyo Olympics 2020

AMMAN, Jordan News Agency, Petra — Jordan's Ahmed Hindi, on Saturday, was crowned gold medalist in the F34 shot put competition at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.اضافة اعلان

Hindi won the gold medal with a new Paralympic record of 12.25 meters.

The fourth gold medal for Jordan was the conclusion of Kingdom’s participation in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.

The team won three golds by national weightlifting champions Omar Qarada, AbdelKarim Khattab and Jamil Al-Shabli, as well as a bronze from table-tennis player Khitam Abu Awad.

Hindi’s participation in the Tokyo Paralympics is a first, but he has had success at the World Championships and he has been crowned with many medals in Continental and International Championships.

Ahmed Hindi broke the world record twice on his way to winning the gold medal in the shot put competition at the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Dubai.
