Prince Faisal praises Jordanian participation at Islamic Solidarity Games

AMMAN — President of the Jordan Olympic Committee HRH Prince Faisal bin Al-Hussein, praised the efforts of the Jordanian delegation that participated in the fifth edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games. Prince Faisal spoke via teleconference with the members of the Jordanian delegation before they left the Turkish city of Konya to return to Jordan, and expressed his pride in the efforts made by the national teams during this participation, according to the Jordan Olympic Committee website. Jordan collected 12 medals in the Islamic Solidarity Games, two gold, four silver, and six bronze medals. The two gold medals came from the national gymnastics team player, Ahmed Abu Al-Saud, and the national karate team player, Muhammad Al-Jaafari.
