The Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) released a list of areas that recorded the lowest surface temperatures in Jordan this morning.
According to the JMD, the Mafraq monitoring station recorded a temperature of -7.3°C, while the Qatrana and Shoubak stations both recorded -7.0°C. Other notable temperatures included -6.0°C at the Raba station and -5.5°C at Ras Munif.

Additionally, the Amman Airport monitoring station recorded -5.0°C, as did the Safawi station, while the Ghabaoui station also recorded -5.0°C. The Salt monitoring station and Queen Alia International Airport both recorded -4.8°C, while the Tafila station saw -4.5°C. Other stations, including Zarqa and Azraq, recorded temperatures of -4.0°C, while Jafr recorded -3.0°C, and Sma station recorded -1.0°C.
