Temperatures are expected to drop significantly today, Thursday, reaching about 4 to 6 degrees Celsius below the seasonal average. The weather will be relatively cold and partly to mostly cloudy at times.

Light rain showers are expected, particularly in the western parts of the Kingdom. Northwesterly winds will be active, with occasional strong gusts reaching up to 60 km/h in some areas, leading to dust storms, especially in desert regions.
The Meteorological Department warns in its report of reduced horizontal visibility over high mountainous areas due to low-lying clouds, and of decreased visibility due to dust, particularly in desert areas. There is also a warning about the strong wind speeds and accompanying gusts.
On Friday and Saturday, the weather will remain partly cloudy and relatively cold in most regions, with moderate temperatures in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Light morning showers are possible in the northern parts of the Kingdom. Northwesterly winds will be moderate but may become active at times.
On Sunday, temperatures are expected to rise slightly. The weather will be cool in most areas and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Some clouds at various altitudes will appear, and southwesterly winds will be moderate to occasionally active.
