15 deaths in a chemical factory fire in Karachi

AMMAN — At least 15 workers were killed and others injured Yesterday, Friday, after a fire broke out at a chemical factory in the Kurangi industrial district of Karachi, southern Pakistan.اضافة اعلان

In a press release, the Chief Rescue and Fire Officer of the city, Baina Ahmed, said that at least 15 bodies, including children, had been recovered from the factory building that had been engulfed by the fire.

Footage from Pakistan's Geo News channel showed firefighters trying to put out the fire, while rescue workers transported bodies to ambulances.
