Dozens of Palestinians were martyred and injured last night and in the early hours of Thursday as Israeli occupation forces continued to bombard various areas of the Gaza Strip.

Al Jazeera's correspondent reported that Israeli airstrikes early Thursday morning resulted in the martyrdom of 71 Palestinians in different areas, in addition to dozens of wounded and missing.
Israel resumed its assault on the Gaza Strip early Tuesday after a break of over two months, leading to the martyrdom of more than 400 Palestinians, the majority of whom were women and children, and hundreds of others sustained injuries.
The resumption of the assault on Gaza comes amid fears of worsening humanitarian conditions in the Strip due to the ongoing blockade and the severing of medical and humanitarian supplies.
Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces launched an offensive on the Gaza Strip that has resulted in the martyrdom of more than 49,547 Palestinians, most of whom are women and children, and the injury of 112,719 others, while many victims remain buried under rubble.
