Abu Salmiya emphasized in an interview with "Al-Mamlaka" that medical teams are working with minimal resources, and as a result, many of the injured are losing their lives due to the inability to provide care and the lack of necessary resources.

He pointed out that the Gaza Strip is facing an unprecedented crime, with mortuary refrigerators completely full, and that the health system is currently suffering from a very difficult situation.

Abu Salmiya explained that Al-Shifa Medical Complex is operating at less than 20% of its previous capacity.

He also mentioned that there are only four intensive care unit beds available in Gaza City and northern Gaza.

Regarding the nature of the injuries, he added, "There are mutilated body parts from women and children, with some children having amputated arms and legs. Each patient requires more than one medical specialty."
