Case intensive attacks on children and women in Gaza

His message is in response to the recent complete blackout in Gaza, which commenced on Friday evening and extended into Saturday. According to the latest UN statistics, approximately 70 percent of those killed are women and children.

However, the latest casualty numbers have not been updated because Gaza's Ministry of Health server is down due to the blackout.
