The report added that the African migrant detention center, located within the reserve prison facility, was subjected to a series of U.S. airstrikes. The center housed 115 detainees, dozens of whom were killed.
Emergency teams from the Yemeni Red Crescent and Civil Defense continue to work to recover victims from under the rubble.
The channel noted that over 50 injured individuals were transported to the Republican Hospital Authority, with the majority suffering critical injuries.
It also pointed out that rescue operations are facing significant challenges due to the extensive destruction caused by the American strikes on the detention center.
Furthermore, it was reported that one of the American missiles that struck the facility did not detonate in the section where the migrants were located, and concerned authorities are handling the unexploded device with extreme caution.
Later, Al-Masirah reported that 30 bodies of victims from the African migrant shelter were recovered, while Civil Defense and Red Crescent teams continue their efforts at the targeted site.
Meanwhile, a statement issued by the Ministry of Interior in the Sanaa-based government declared that the shelter center operates under the supervision of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), stressing that its targeting "constitutes a full-fledged war crime."
The statement added that the U.S. administration "bears full responsibility for this heinous crime against African migrants."
