Egypt described these attacks as a blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement and a serious escalation that threatens the stability of the region and worsens the already dire humanitarian situation.

Egypt reiterated its complete rejection of all Israeli assaults aimed at reigniting tensions in the region and undermining efforts to achieve a ceasefire and restore stability. It called on the international community to intervene immediately to stop the Israeli aggression on Gaza and prevent the escalation of violence, which would bring the region back into a cycle of renewed tensions.

Furthermore, Egypt urged all parties to exercise restraint and allow diplomatic efforts and international mediations to continue their work in securing a permanent ceasefire, protecting civilians, and seeking just and comprehensive solutions to achieve peace and stability in the region.

The Israeli forces resumed their war on Gaza starting last night, citing Hamas' failure to fulfill its commitments regarding the release of prisoners.

The Gaza Health Ministry reported that there are currently 326 deaths in Gaza's hospitals as a result of the Israeli strikes since the early hours of today.
