Egyptian Plan for Gaza Reconstruction in Two Phases with a Cost of 53 Billion Dollars

According to the plan, the reconstruction process will take five years, while the early recovery phase will take six months, involving the removal of rubble and the installation of temporary housing.

The plan consists of two main phases:

Phase One will last two years and involves the construction of 200,000 housing units at a total cost of 20 billion dollars.
Phase Two will take two and a half years and includes the construction of an additional 200,000 housing units, as well as the creation of an airport in Gaza, with a total cost of 30 billion dollars.
