Hebrew media reports an "economic collapse" in Eilat (Umm
al-Rashrash), with
35,000 previously evacuated residents now facing
unemployment and business decline. Channel 12 notes a sharp rise in
unemployment and a lack of assistance in Eilat.

Simultaneously,
Ma'ariv newspaper reports that the
Tel Aviv Stock Exchange opened lower on
Thursday. Eilat's challenges are compounded by Yemeni strikes targeting
military zones of the occupation in the Umm al-Rashrash region, southern
occupied Palestine, as announced by
Yemeni Armed Forces spokesperson Brigadier
Yahya Saree, Khaberni reported.
It is worth
noting that Eilat is situated on the Gulf of Aqaba in the Red Sea.
