AVIV — Israeli Prime Minister
Benjamin Netanyahu and members of the "
War Cabinet" faced a fierce attack from the families of former detainees and
those who still have family members in
captivity during a meeting. Netanyahu
heard from them that their greatest fear during detention was death from
Israeli airstrikes, not from Hamas, as reported by Hebrew media sources,
Al-Ghad reported.

The
meeting was notably tense and chaotic at times. Voices rose against Netanyahu,
who did not directly address any of their demands but instead read statements
from a prepared paper. This further fueled their anger and calls for his
resignation were audible, according to Hebrew media.
