AMMAN — On Saturday, August 12, the ambassador of the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan,
Naif bin Bandar Al-Sudairi, delivered a copy of his credentials to Majdi Al-Khaldi, the advisor
to the Palestinian president for diplomatic affairs. These credentials
confirmed his position as an ambassador and non-resident consul to the State of
Palestine, as well as
ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary, and
non-resident ambassador.

The ceremony took place at the Embassy of the State of
Palestine in the Amman, in the presence of the ambassador of the state of
Palestine to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Atallah Khairy. As a result,
Ambassador Sudairi became the first ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
to the Palestinian Authority, Ammon News reported.
Following that, the two sides discussed the various aspects
of the existing bilateral relations between the two sisterly countries and ways
to enhance and develop them in all fields.
