French Ambassador to Jordan: displacement is serious violation of international law

French Ambassador to Jordan Alexis Le Cour Grandmaison stressed on Sunday that his country opposes any forced displacement of Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank.اضافة اعلان

During a press conference, the French ambassador said that displacement is a serious violation of international law, undermines the legitimate aspirations of the Palestinians, hinders the two-state solution, and threatens stability in the region.

He pointed out that the future of Gaza must fall within the framework of the future Palestinian state under the auspices of the Palestinian Authority and not under the control of a third country.

The French ambassador stressed his country's full support for Jordan, describing it as a friendly and allied state.
