GAZA – On Wednesday, the Ministry of Health in Gaza
announced that the toll from the Israeli war on Gaza has risen to 24,448 deaths
and 61,504 injuries since October 7, 2023, with 163 people killed and 350
injured in the past 24 hours, Al-Mamlaka TV reported.

The Ministry went on to point out that the
Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) committed 16 massacres against
Palestinians in Gaza.
“Many victims are still under the rubble, and on the roads,
ambulance and civil defense teams cannot reach them,” the ministry confirmed.
On Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, dozens of
Palestinians were murdered and injured as a result of IOF artillery fire and
warplane raids across the Strip.
According to medical authorities, civil defense and
ambulance teams were able to rescue 25 corpses and dozens of injured people
following the bombardment of homes in the Al-Daraj area. They also extracted
seven bodies after the IOF vehicles withdrew from the vicinity of Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, south of Gaza.
The ministry stated that four people were killed as a result
of the IOF shelling of the Al-Namrouti family's home. Three more were killed in
a shelling that targeted the Al-Safi family's home. In addition, several
Palestinians were injured as a result of the shelling of Hamdan and Mhaisen
family homes.
The IOF artillery targeted the Al-Manara neighborhood and
Batn Al-Samin in Khan Yunis, as well as the eastern portion of Jabalia camp,
the Ansar complex, and a port west of Gaza.
The ministry also reported that hepatitis A is spreading due
to overpopulation and poor sanitation in the Strip's refugee camps. It
cautioned that laboratory blood testing (CBC) could stop anytime due to a lack
of medical equipment.
Medical sources warned that 350,000 chronically ill patients
are facing serious health complications since they do not have access to
adequate medication.
Furthermore, for the sixth day in a row, the continuous
Israeli shelling has completely disrupted communications and internet services
in the Gaza Strip.
This is at least the seventh time Gaza's connections have
been fully shut down since October 7. Power lines, networks, and transmission
towers have all suffered substantial damage. Furthermore, Israel's fuel cutoff
from the Strip has resulted in frequent outages, network pressure, and poor
transmission.
