GAZA – The
Gaza Health Ministry on Sunday urged fuel station
owners and all Palestinian citizens who have any quantity of diesel to
immediately go to hospitals and donate them to save the lives of the wounded
and sick, according to the ministry's spokesperson, Ashraf al-Qudra.

Mohammed Thabet, the spokesperson for
Gaza's electricity company, stated on Sunday that after 16 days of border closures, many gas
stations have run out of fuel in their storage tanks.
Thabet added in a statement to Al-Mamlaka that there are
more than 200 private generators scattered throughout the
Gaza Strip that have
been running on diesel fuel for 16 days.
