BEIRUT – On Sunday, Hezbollah’s Secretary General, Hassan Nasrallah, said that the party has been ready to go to war against Israel for the past 99 days, warning that if war erupts "there will be no ceilings and no borders" to what the Lebanese party would do.

"The one who should fear and be afraid of war is Israel, its people, and settlers, not Lebanon," Nasrallah said in a televised speech. "We have been ready for war for 99 days, and we are not afraid of it. We will fight without ceilings and without borders."
“Israel is threatening us with its defeated brigades in Gaza," he added. "Your intimidation will not work, not today, nor tomorrow, nor any day."
Nasrallah mentioned that the Israeli occupation was defeated when it waged war against Lebanon in July 2006, and that it was Israel, not Hezbollah, that asked for a ceasefire.
Additionally, Nasrallah said that the US threatened Lebanon “Israel would launch a war against Lebanon” if the southern front with Israel did not stop.
"The Americans who claim to fear for Lebanon must fear for their proxy in the region and US military bases," Nasrallah said.
He added that the situation in the Red Sea, Iraq, Lebanon, and Palestine will end once the US tells Israel to end its war in Gaza.
